Cart and Product Page Targeting

Overview

The Cart Value and Product Page targeting options adds two more unique targeting options within the Aiva trigger settings. This targetting option deals with the items and value in a customers cart, or the product pages they are visiting. This section is highly customizable, where users can add multiple rules that dictate if the campaign displays or not.

Cart Value

This option triggers a campaign if a certain ruleset condition are met in the user's cart.

These customizable options include:

  1. An 'AND/OR' option can allow multiple rules to be combined logically.
  2. An item option, where users can dictate if the trigger is based upon a certain product set or the entire cart.
  3. A value option, where users can customize the value quantity in either currency or number of items within the cart/product set.
  4. A logic option where the logic determines if the campaign should trigger if the value if equal and greater than/equal less than the set number.

Example #1:

  • Show the campaign when the Customer's cart includes some of the furniture from the product set "Black New Chairs", and the overall value of the cart is larger then $50 dollars.

Product Page

This option triggers a campaign if a certain ruleset condition are met on the product pages the user is visiting.

These customizable options include:

  1. An 'AND/OR/NOT' option can allow multiple rules to be combined logically.
  2. An item option, similar to cart value. Users can dictate if the trigger is based upon a certain products in a product set or checks all products in the entire store.
  3. A logic system where the logic determines if the campaign should trigger if the value of the product if equal and greater than/equal less than the set number.

Example #1:

  • Show the campaign when the product the Customer is viewing is from the product set "Daily Deal Mugs" and the price of the product is less than $10.
